Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF format only to ensure the best print quality and compatibility. If your file is in a different format (Word, JPG, PNG, etc.), you can convert it easily using FreePDFConvert.
How long does it take to print my order?
We aim to print and ship most orders on the same business day, if the order is placed before 3:00 PM (15:00).
Orders placed after that time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
When can I expect my delivery?
We use An Post Standard Delivery, which typically takes 1–2 business days across Ireland.
Please note that while we ship promptly, actual delivery time depends on An Post’s service schedule and may vary slightly depending on location.
You can check the delivery status using your tracking number – see How can I track my order?
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat €8 rate for standard nationwide delivery via An Post. Alternatively, you can collect your order for free at our shop in Tralee.
How do I prepare my files for printing?
Before uploading your file, please make sure of the following:
– Your file is in PDF format
PDF is the most reliable format for printing. It keeps your layout, fonts, and images exactly as they are, so what you see is what gets printed.
If your file is in Word, JPG, or another format, you can convert it easily using this free tool.
– The page size matches your desired print size (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0, etc.)
Please set the correct paper size in your file before uploading. For example, if you want an A1 drawing, your file should already be set to A1 dimensions — not A4 or “fit to page.” This helps us print exactly what you expect.
– All fonts are embedded
This means the fonts used in your document are saved inside the file. It prevents unexpected font changes during printing, especially if we don’t have the same fonts installed. Most PDF creators embed fonts automatically — just double-check before uploading.
– High resolution (at least 300 DPI)
DPI means “dots per inch” — it’s a measure of how clear and sharp your images or drawings will look. A minimum of 300 DPI ensures that everything prints crisp and professional, especially for images and detailed technical drawings.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your delivery directly on the An Post website.
Can I scan and print documents at the same time?
We offer scanning and printing services upon request. If you need scanning, please contact us for a quote.
You can send us your physical documents by post or bring them to our shop in Tralee.
We’ll then scan them and either: print them for you, send you the digital version by email or both.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order has not yet gone to print, we’ll try to accommodate changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please note: once printing has started, changes are no longer possible.
What if there’s a problem with my print?
If there’s an issue due to our error (e.g., wrong file printed, poor quality, damage during delivery), we’ll reprint at no cost.
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, with your order number and a brief description (photos if applicable).
